Namibia Day 11: Travel Day
Written By Beth Wold

Black Backed Jackel
Day 11 was another travel day. We didn't leave too early from Twyfelfontein country lodge - enjoyed a nice breakfast first. We had lunch at Outjo, a nice town about an hour outside of Etosha National Park. They have a cafe and a bakery. We tried the cafe on the way through, as they had internet and open tables - with good parking.
We got to Etosha National Park in the mid-afternoon. After we checked in at Okaukuejo we went out for about and hour and a half to see if we could spot any wildlife.
We got to watch a black-backed jackel hunt for a little while - which was pretty cool. We stayed until we had to get back - as we didn't want to be on the wrong side of the gate when it closed.
