New Work - Fine Art Landscape Photography

Last Summer I spent a couple of days in St Lucia, South Africa. It's on the coast and the Indian Ocean. There was lovely beaches, and our first day was quite overcast and this photograph was taken just minutes before it started to rain. 

The almost-starting-to-rain conditions made for gorgeous scenery. Maybe I'm a little weird but this kind of weather makes gleeful when it comes to photography! Like a kid in a candy shop! The reflections on the wet sand were fantastic, the sky was dark and full of interest, and the waves were fiercely powerful. Made for a great time shooting!
